In this class I invite you to tune into your breath, to move with it and explore energy within. Although this is a flow class there is an emphasis on alignment and the exploration of your edges. Practiced to music, this is the perfect class to build strength and flexibility and find a sense of calm in the mind.
Bella has been a student and lover of yoga since her teens. In her classes she combines elements of breath work, sound and voice therapy, chanting and yoga philosophy with light hearted humour as well as drawing on her study of somatic psychotherapy and embodiment philosophy.
