I graduated as a Charted physiotherapist at the university of Brighton in 2015 and from there went on to work within the NHS. Having completed my rotations in all the core areas of the profession I chose to specialise as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist. This is where my love for Pilates began. Having a keen interest for treating patients with back pain it was natural that I was drawn to Pilates as a tool to use within my repertoire, this led to me completing my Pilates training with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute in 2017.
Since then, I have been teaching Pilates in various settings and incorporating it into rehabilitation programs for a magnitude of different patients and clients. Teaching Pilates has become a passion of mine, the adaptability of it makes it inclusive to everyone and the benefits are endless.
