Tai chi, also known as Tai Chi Chuan, meaning the supreme ultimate fist. Tai Chi is a Chinese Martial art dating back to ancient China over 2000 years ago. It is a slow moving meditation, where your breathing connects to the movements in sequences. The aim is to relax into each moment while remaining alert and mindful.
Having recently moved from Hong Kong to Eastbourne, Tina has been learning Tai Chi for the past ten years, and has been teaching since 2018. In 2018 and 2019 Tina participated in multiple TaiChi competitions in Asia, she thoroughly enjoyed them and they allowed her to meet and learn from many Tai Chi masters.
