Having recently moved from Hong Kong to Eastbourne, Tina has been learning Tai Chi for the past ten years, and has been teaching since 2018. In 2018 and 2019 Tina participated in multiple TaiChi competitions in Asia, she thoroughly enjoyed them and they allowed her to meet and learn from many Tai Chi masters.
Get In TouChTai chi, also known as Tai Chi Chuan, meaning the supreme ultimate fist. Tai Chi is a Chinese Martial art dating back to ancient China over 2000 years ago. It is a slow moving meditation, where your breathing connects to the movements in sequences. The aim is to relax into each moment while remaining alert and mindful.

Tinas has taught many people of varying ages and abilities in Yang’s style. Tina teaches from beginners level to intermediate in Posture 8, Posture 24, Posture 108, as well Qigong meditation.
Tina has loved all teaching opportunities she has had and is very excited to now be teaching here at The Natural Fitness and Therapy Centre.
